When to eat fruits and its uses to the human body

  What is the correct way of eating fruits?
IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUITS AFTER YOUR MEALS! 
FRUITS SHOULD BE EATEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH

If you eat fruits on empty stomach, it will play a major role of detoxifying your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other live activities.
FRUITS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD 
Lets say you eat two slice of bread and then a slice of fruits.
   The slice of fruits is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing so due to the bread taken before the fruit.
  In the meantime the whole meal of bread and fruit rots and ferments and turns to acid.
  The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach and digestive Juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil.
So please eat your fruits on an *empty stomach*or before your meals!
You have heard people complaining.
Everytime i eat water melon i burp, when i eat durian my stomach bloats up, when i eat a banana i feel like running to the toilet,etc..
Actually all this will not arise if you eat the fruit on an empty stomach.
  The fruit mixes with the putrefying of other food and produces gas and hence you will bloats!
  Greying hair, balding, nervous outburst and dark circles under the eyes all these will *NOT*happen if you take fruits on an stomach.
  There is no such thing as some fruit, like orange and lemon are acidic, because all fruit become alkaline in our body, according to Dr. Herbert Shelton who  did research on this matter.
   If you have mastered the correct way of eating fruits, you have the *SECRET*of beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness and normal weight.
  When you need to drink fruit juice-drink only *fresh* fruit juice, Not from the cans, packs or bottles. 
 Don't even drink juice that has been heated up. 
  Don't eat cooked fruits because you don't get the nutrients at all. 
   You only get it taste. 
  Cooking destroys all the vitamins. But eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice. If you should drink the fresh fruit juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, because you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it. You can go on a 3-day fruit fast to cleanse or detoxify your body. 
   Just eat fruits and drink fresh fruit juice throughout the 3 days. 
   And you will be surprised when your friends tell you how radiant you look 
   KIWI :

Drinking cold water or drinks after meal = CANCER 
can you believe this? 
For those who like to drink cold water or cold drinks, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cup of cold water or cold drinks after meal. However, the cold water or drinks will solidify the oily stuff that you have just eaten. 
It will slow down the digestion. Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. 
It will line the intestine. 
Very soon, this will turn into FATS and lead to CANCER!

Over time I've discovered there is no absolute finish line for everyone in the race of life. Our tracks are different and our durations are different.
 The only thing we have in common is the same empire.
For instance, one person graduates @age 20 and struggles for another 5 years to get a job, another might graduate @ age 25 and get a job immediately.
 One can marry a virgin and wait for the next decade to have the blessing of children, another lady probably after having series of abortions in her past, becomes a mother almost immediately after marriage.
A few becomes managing director (MD) at 38 and dies at 56, another becomes MD @ 55 and lives to 90.
 
   What a life? 

Life is full of twists and turn-ups and downs and many more. Surprises and disappointments. Life offers each and everyone of us different opportunities and once an opportunity is lost, it's gone forever except by the grace of God. It is up to each one of us to patiently prepare, wait, recognise and utilize every opportunity we learn on the way.
  No one has it all or knows it all. There is a reason why we all don't fall at thesame time, it's so that when one is down, weak and discouraged, the other who is strong can encourage and lift the other person.
  God never promises that the road would be easy, but he promised never to leave or forsake us. Although life is complicated, let us learn to go easy on ourselves and trust that God is working it all out for our good (even if it doesn't make sense now). What ever trials, challenges or down times we face, or shall pass and in due course, we will be up and strong again to lift up those who may be down around us.

Too much sugar reduces immunity. see how

Provost of the Federal college of complimentary and alternative medicine, Lagos, Dr Idowu Ogunkoya has urged people to adopt lifestyles that can boost their immunity.
  According to him, this is necessary because people with strong immunity have natural resistance to diseases.
  He said consuming too much sugar suppresses the immune system cells responsible for attacking bacteria. ''By consuming between 75 and 100 grammes of sugar solution can reduce the ability of white blood cells to overpower and destroy bacteria,'' he said.
  Besides, natural fruit juices, Tea and water should be used to flush the cells, boost immune system with vitamins and keep hydrated.
  He advised people to deal decisively with chronic stress because it makes them more vulnerable to illness, colds, and even serious diseases.
 ''The continuation of stress exposes the body to a steady flow of stress hormones, such as cortisol and adrenalin, which suppress the immune system. People should breathe deep, meditate, or focus on  'letting go' to reduce their stress '' he said.
  People, he said, should be active by exercising as getting stuck to a chair for long hours can reduce immune system efficiency.
 ''Being stuck at a desk all day or skipping exercise can reduce your immune system's efficiency. Movement, or exercise, not only stimulates the lymphatic system (the sewer system of the body), but increases oxygenation, and increases the level of leukocytes in the body, an immune system cell that fights infection,'' he said.
 He said inadequate sleep can affect immunity, stressing that insomnia can cause a rise in inflammation-and similarly an increase in cortisol. It is clear a great way to boost the immune system is to get between seven and nine hours of sleep every night.
   Ogunkoya recommended lifestyle changes for people to shed extra body weight, adding that being overweight increases their chances of having diabetes, cancer, and heart disease.
  ''People can increase their immunity by eating more fresh fruits and vegetables, avoiding refined sugars and processed carbohydrates. Also, they should consume lean, optimally plant-based proteins, drinking plenty of water, and getting a moderate exercise regularly.
  He said the essential amino acids, antioxidants, and healthy fats in avocados can help to balance adrenals.
 The provost said ginger is a good plant that aids immunity. "It warms the body the body and it helps to break down accumulation of toxins in the organs, specifically the lungs and sinuses. This root also helps to cleanse the body's lymphatic system, which is the body's sewer system, "he said.
  He urged people to meditate because relaxation can help to clear negative thought and ensure best possible focus.
  Ogunkoya said taking oat can improve overall benefit of the immune system, adding that a portion of oatmeal contains soluble fibre, which is known to reduce LDL, or 'bad' cholesterol.
  Garlic, he said, works as antibacterial, antiviral and a great immune booster when eaten in its raw state. It is reach in antioxidant, he added.
  He enjoined people to take vitamin C as it is known for its immune boosting power. "Generally all fresh fruits and vegetables are good for the immune system. Top antioxidants, such as vitamin C and E, beta-carotene, and zinc are good for boosting immunity. Also helpful are brightly coloured fruits, such as citrus, berries, grapes, kiwi, apples, and vegetables, such as kale, onions, spinach and sweet potatoes. Zinc is found natural in red meat, chicken, fish, eggs, legumes, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, " Ogunkoya said.

7 Things To Make You A Better Skater

Skating is a sport in which many people think it is very difficult to learn and what makes people  to quit from skating the most is its accident. No doubt skating accident is very dangerous, you can end up losing your life or one of the most important part of your body.
   Well, no need to panic, with this 7 things am about telling you, you will be a very good and healthy Skater, and you will be free from accidents.
 *Own Your Skate:Many people believe that there are suppose to learn skating with their friends skate shoes before buying their own but, they are getting it all wrong, using your friends  skate to learn simply means you  can never be like others,you will always be behind of others, so the best thing to do is to get your own skate.
  *Skate Maintenance:Most of us are ignorant of these. We just feel we can dump our skate any where and pick it whenever we feel like skating. If you are that type, stop it now, first of all you have to know the condition of your skate before skating. You need to check if your four wheels are spinning flexible, make sure your four tyres are equal and strong enough to withstand obstacle on the road. Always lubricate your bearings.
  *what To Wear:You don't use any type of cloth to skate, most of us like putting on jeans to skate which is very risky you have to put on something that will allow your legs move freely without restrictions and you should make sure you put on your helmets, knee pads, elbow guard and skating gloves when skating.
  *Where To Skate:We  love skating on highways don't we? We feel we are not good enough if we don't skate on highways, which is partially wrong. It depends, if it is legal to skate in highways in your state or country, then you can  choose to do it or not, But i advice you to skate on roads which are less busy and free from pot holes.
  *Breaks:The breaks on our skate is a very good one because it work well, but it does not support some skills, i will advise you to remove the break, if you want to be very skillful, but learn how to use the T-stop breaks before removing it, with your T-stop break, you can skate for years without the break behind your skate.
  *Skills:This is one of the most difficult aspect of skating. Many of us wants to see our self performing incredible skills but don't know the steps to take before being a skillful Skater. First of all you have to make sure you are flexible and you know how to break. Secondly make sure you don't learn more than two different skills in a day, Always perform all your skills every day before learning new skills.
  *Consistency:Most of us skate once or twice in a week and want to be like others who skate everyday, how is that possible! That is impossible to be a better Skater you most learn to practice for at least 30 minute everyday, it is better than to skate for 5 hours in a day and end up skating just once or twice in a week. Consistency improves your skills and staminas.
 With all these, they will be no doubt of you being a better Skater and you will be accident free. You better starts skating and catch all the fun in it. Remain talented and keep rolling hard.

TECH giant,Google is planing to convert the human body into a keyboard, detailing a headset that projects into a virtual onto a person's skin, a new patent filed in June 2012 and awarded early in the week has shown.
  According to the report, many people use their phones so much they have almost become an extension of their hands, so Google's latest patent was only a matter of time.
  It details a headset that beams an interactive virtual keyboard directly onto a person's palm.
  A camera in the headset then tracks the movement of the fingers to know which keys are being pressed before feeding this information to an app, website or other tool.
  The patent(picture) was filed in June 2012 and awarded earlier last month. It details a headset that projects a virtual keyboard onto a person's skin and this can be beamed onto their hands, their arm or onto another person. A camera then tracks the fingers to see which keys are being pressed.
  The patent drawings resemble Google's much-maligned Glass headset and the future could be added to a future version of the wearable devices, the patent explained: 'The present application discloses systems and methods for a virtual input device.
 'In one example, the virtual input device includes a projector and a camera. The projector projects a pattern onto a surface(and) the camera captures images that can be interpreted by a processor to determine actions.
 ' The projector may be mounted on an arm of a pair of eyeglasses and the camera may be mounted on an opposite arm of the eyeglasses', the patent explained.
  In another example, the camera could detect when the hand is moving and interpret and send these movements to the headset or connected phone to record gestures, for example.
  In addition to a virtual keyboard,people could watch videos on the palm of their hand rather than having to hold a device in front of them.
  The patent is similar to one Samsung filed in 2013, and awarded in march last year.
  In the Korean firm's filing, a person wearing a camera - on a Google Glass style device dubbed Galaxy Glass would be able to look down at their hands, which would be mapped using a virtual keyboard.
  For example, numbers could be assigned to a forefinger, while symbols could be assigned to a middle finger.
  Alternatively, letters could be plotted at various points across the fingers and palm from top to bottom.
  Users would then use their thumb to 'press' the various keys on both hands.
  The camera would capture the movement of the thumb, or identify the force pressed onto each finger to establish which key had been pressed and type the message accordingly.
